The Cribbage Pro “Top 50” Leaderboard

Cribbage Pro tracks and records a set of statistics and achievements earned for each game played on a central server and scores points for each to determine a ranking for each player. Unfinished games, or games quit/closed out before completion, are also recorded for all players with a corresponding deduction in points when displayed on the “Top 50” screen. Those same unfinished games may also count towards other penalties if deemed excessive. Other than this, the details are the same as those seen on the standard statistics screen detailed out in the statistics help page, but the top stats page shows global ranking against all players which is a system of scoring that you access by clicking the “View Top 50” button. The base level of scoring points towards the Top 50 in single player Cribbage Pro is the Achievements System. The points earned come from achievements earned in a game (win or lose). For the multiplayer scoring, please see the game website FAQ available here: https://www.cribbagepro.net/faq-how-to.html

The following restrictions are also currently in place for the “Top 50”:

  • Multiplayer points, and the corresponding Multiplayer Top 50 are separate from the single player points and Top 50 lists.
  • Players with unfinished games they have abandoned and thereby forfeited are not shown as as a loss at the individual stats screens, but points are deducted.
  • There is no maximum or minimum points for any game played in single player.
  • Players with excessive unfinished games may face other penalties up to and including exclusion from the Top 50 ranking entirely.

To view the detailed statistics of a player on the “Top 50” screens, select them. The screen shown matches that shown for the individual.

This stats page shows the current date and your current ranking (if available) along with the top 50 players as of that moment in time as calculated by the server. Levels are awarded based solely on points earned and points are awarded based on achievements earned during single player games (for online multiplayer game points, see the website FAQ as mentioned above). No player is allowed to go below 0 points at any time for single player or online multiplayer.
